Note to self:

Do not take shoe loving toddler shoe shopping.

She wanted these.
And these.
And these.

What she got was these (except black and red).

I know, I know. They are not pink. But they were only $12.00. The pink ones were $33.00. I can't pay $21.00 for pink. But I'm not completely heartless. She also got these.
Payless is having their buy one get one for 1/2 price sale so I got them for $5.50. They have those cool red lights that light up when she walks. She loves them. She's so going to want to sleep in them tonight.

(The boys also got new boots. Yikes! Men's sizes cost way more than youth sizes. Hopefully they'll last two years.)

is this why mom shoe shops with jules and not the daddy? good luck with the boys shoes--having raised 2 boys ourselves-i was always thankful for a year!

Ooh Payless! That's where I should go. Walmart's boot selection was terrible!

Lil Sis, since I had to buy men's sizes 8 and 9 this year, I'm hoping the growing slows down a little. BTW, who are you?

Alyson, They had some cute boots plus some summer clearance that makes the BOGO a great deal.

Kathy, what size is Nate now? I'll have to see what we have from last year. And should I be disturbed that Ian has a bedazzler? Or should I call him right now to borrow it?!

Sister Christian:
look up how to girlify snow boots. I bet you will have an array of ideas. Pink ribbon perhaps...maybe an iron on or something.

Lil sis is neither Lil or a sis--when i sent that yesterday it's the moniker i was given. i'm your favorite? bicycle person who also had his 2 boys educated at ccs. and hopefully the initials help.
